• 80 authors/vendors where you can purchase books, get items signed and take photos
• Photo opportunities including a flower wall
• Bar serving cocktails, mocktails and hot drinks
• A fun welcoming atmosphere in a room filled with other romance readers
• HEA book recommendation board and other interactive fun
• Icebreakers & prompts around the room to help you find new book besties
• Exclusive souvenirs to grab on the day
• Seating area

Early Entry: 11am-4pm (Limited tickets available) 
General Entry: 12pm-4pm
You can queue up to 30 minutes before the opening time.

Other information:
The venue has an accessible entrance. If you require assistance or carer please email lana@heabookshop.com once you have purchased your ticket.
There is a toilet within the venue.
There will be non-perishable food to purchase from behind the bar however there are plenty of food places within a 10-15 minute walking distance. 
Once you have gained entry you can come and go in the venue as you need. 
Table maps will be included on the day, take notice of author break times. 
Tickets are non-refundable once purchased. 
Author line-up is subject to change.
