I thought losing my father was the worst thing I'd have to deal with this year. Now the male I love is dead because of my actions. If I'd trusted in him, and not fled, he'd still be alive.
At least I'm getting some of what I deserve. I'm alone and in hiding from the vampire pack that will stop at nothing to get me back and force me into bonding to them. The only thing I can do is keep moving, and keep my final promise.
